At this moment in time the situation is looking very positive. The developer has agreed a plan with the bank to hopefully enable building to start again in the near future. I was one of those who went to Bulgaria back in Oct 2007, but pulled out of the deal at an early stage even having paid around £5000.00. I got some of my money back but had to accept the loss for remainder. I felt that something was not quite right about the whole thing and that the economic conditions prevailing at the time will make it a bad investment. We are devistated as we have spent all or our savings on one of the apartments. Many others have also paid 70% of the full amount. If those who have only paid 30% were to pay another 40% it could get finished. It saddens us that we are going to loose our dream. We feel cheated.
